Exchanges

We understand that sometimes online shopping can be risky when it comes to finding the perfect piece. Because of this, we’ll give you 30 days from the shipment date of your order to exchange your item for something else. 

Simply send us an email at online@draperyco.au then package your items up in their original condition and pop them in the post. Unfortunately we can’t cover the cost of the shipping, but we will send your exchanged item back to you for free. 

Returns

Here at the Drapery we want all our customers to be satisfied with their online purchase. Please refer to our policy below to see your options.

Faulty Items

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have. We understand this is really disappointing. Please email us within 7 days of receiving our order. Send us an email to online@draperyco.au with your order number, images of the fault and a small description.

Return Shipping

As we’re a small business, customers are responsible for their return shipping costs. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel. 

Alternatively, if you live locally you’re welcome to come and see us in store and we can sort you out.

Terms:

  • To be eligible for return, items must be in unworn, new condition with original packaging and tags attached. 
  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Emails us at online@draperyco.au and we can give you a hand to sort out your return. 
  • All purchases of earrings are final sale due to hygiene reasons. 
  • You will be refunded to the card used to place the order. Please be mindful that bank processing times vary. Alternatively we’re happy to issue you a store credit so you can find something great at a later date.
