Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order out to you ASAP because who doesn’t love getting a package in the mail! All orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days after order confirmation. We’ll then send you an email with a tracking number from Australia Post so you can get excited to see that delivery truck!

Locals

Come in store and say hi, we can hold your order for 14 days and will let you know when it’s ready to be picked up free of charge. 

Help! My order hasn’t arrived!

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@draperyco.au with your name and order number and we’ll do some investigating for you.
